DJSET.TV does not act as an agent, booking intermediary, employer, or guarantor for any user. All bookings, communications, and agreements occur directly between users.
3. User Content
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or submit to DJSET.TV, including audio mixes, videos, images, text, and profile information (“User Content”).
3.2 License to DJSET.TV
By submitting User Content, you grant DJSET.TV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content solely in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Service.
3.3 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content
- Your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
DJSET.TV does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove or restrict content at its discretion.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
DJSET.TV respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
- Uploading copyrighted music or video without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.
- DJSET.TV may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DJSET.TV in the preceding twelve (12) months, or $100 USD if no payment was made.
